Platinum GP LLC (ТОВ «ПЛАТІНУМ ГП») is a company registered in Uman in 2017. Its principal activity is leasing and operating its own real estate, together with property management services under contract.
Every lease is concluded in writing, with rent, payment dates, utilities and the term stated before signature.

Ukrainian law requires a lease of premises to be in writing. These terms are agreed before signature.

Start and end dates, renewal and early termination. Long-term leases of buildings may require notarisation and state registration of the lease right.
Who carries out current and capital repairs, and how alterations by the tenant are approved.
Fake rental listings ask for a "booking fee" before any viewing or contract. Platinum GP LLC never asks for money before a signed lease, and payments go only to the company account stated in the agreement. Check the company by EDRPOU 41299029 at usr.minjust.gov.ua, and report suspicious offers to the National Police.
